Colon-rectal Cancer Awareness Program
Did you know that colon-rectal cancer is the second-leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States? That's why we've made it our mission to raise awareness about the importance of early detection and prevention of this deadly disease. Led by one of our own colon-cancer thrivers, our program provides valuable information about risk factors, symptoms, and screening options for colon-rectal cancer. We participate in events such as the SCOPE 5K run with MD Anderson and network with other organizations to bring awareness to our community. We also offer support and resources for those affected by colon-rectal cancer, including survivors and their families. With a focus on education, screening, and support, our colon-rectal cancer awareness program is a vital resource for anyone who wants to protect their health and well-being.
